How We Ship
Every Ash & Alchemy order is fulfilled and dispatched directly to your address by our production partner. No intermediaries. No delays from stock holding.
Customs, Duties & VAT — Read This First
Orders shipped to the UK are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.
Your checkout total does not include customs duties or VAT. Depending on the value of your order and how it is processed at the UK border, you may receive a separate charge from the courier before your parcel is released.
This is not a hidden cost. It is the nature of international shipping and we will always be upfront about it.
If a customs charge feels unreasonable, contact us directly. We deal with these on a case by case basis and will always find a resolution.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom — 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of being placed. Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs processing times.

A shipping notification is sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking link to monitor progress in real time.
