We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to screen.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
Shipping & Customs
Orders are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Customs duties and VAT are not included in your checkout total and may be charged at the UK border before delivery.
This is disclosed on our Shipping & Delivery page. By placing an order you acknowledge that additional customs charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
Our products are produced and labelled specifically for each order. We do not accept returns on unwanted items.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number, photographs and a list of affected products. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no further cost to you.

Accuracy of Information
