All 22 products are COSMOS Natural certified by ECOCERT. All are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and free from synthetic fragrance.

COSMOS is an internationally recognised standard for natural and organic cosmetics, certified by ECOCERT. COSMOS Natural means the formulation meets strict standards for natural ingredient sourcing and formulation integrity. COSMOS Organic means a minimum percentage of the ingredients are certified organic. All Ash & Alchemy products are certified to one of these two standards.

ECOCERT, an independent third-party body based in France. ECOCERT audits our formulas, our suppliers, and our manufacturing practices annually. Certification is not self-declared ‚it's independently verified.

Yes. Every product across all six systems (BARRIER, RESTED, CLEAR, HYDRATE, RENEW, TONE) is COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified.

Yes. All products are Vegan Friendly, Gluten Free and Nut Free.

All Ash & Alchemy products are free from synthetic fragrance. Three products (Barrier Sensitive Skin Moisturiser, Barrier Sensitive Skin Overnight Cream, and Clear Purifying Toner) are completely fragrance-free. The remaining products use plant-derived fragrance only ‚essential oils, plant extracts, and natural botanical scent compounds.

Several products in the BARRIER system are formulated specifically for sensitive and redness-prone skin ‚including the Sensitive Skin Moisturiser and Sensitive Skin Overnight Cream, both COSMOS Organic certified and completely fragrance-free. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery to the UK typically takes 5-10 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Orders are dispatched from Northern Europe. All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Any applicable import charges are the buyer's responsibility and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is dispatched. It contains a FedEx tracking link so you can monitor progress in real time.

Currently we ship to the UK only. International shipping may be added in future.

No. Our current prices are shown directly on the website, so there is no membership or discount code required to access them.

Yes. UK orders over £90 qualify for free delivery. Any applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
